These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MrGG platform and related services operated by Hostify.com Inc. (“MrGG”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Service
MrGG provides software tools used by hospitality operators including property managers, vacation rentals, and hotels.
Features may include:
- Guest check-in workflows
- Guest communications
- ID collection
- Arrival instructions
- Upsells
- Guest guides
- Operational tools
MrGG is not the accommodation provider and is not responsible for the property stay itself.
Section 3
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Section 4
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity under your account.
Section 5
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully
- Upload false or misleading information
- Interfere with platform security
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Use bots or scrapers without authorization
- Misuse guest data or access credentials
Section 6
Guest Access Information
Door codes, lockbox codes, smart lock credentials, or other access details shared through the platform are confidential and may only be used by authorized guests.
Section 7
Payments
Certain fees, deposits, or upsells may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.
MrGG does not store full payment card details.
Section 8
Intellectual Property
MrGG and related branding, software, designs, and materials remain the property of MrGG or its licensors.
Section 9
Third-Party Services
Some functionality may rely on third-party vendors such as payment processors, messaging providers, or analytics tools.
Section 10
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrGG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of:
- USD 250
- Amounts paid directly to MrGG in the previous 12 months
Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Section 12
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or operational necessity.
Section 13
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
Section 14
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
